Hard to remember now, but there used to be these places called video stores where you could rent movies to watch on the movie-watching machine attached to your television set. What I always found rather sad about these places was the vast number of copies of the latest films, and the minuscule selections of old classics.
No one ever wants to see anything but the latest picture. And yet, without doubt, most of the greatest films ever made were produced over 50 years ago.
